If the investigation determines that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. • Accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero.

• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the chosen exclusion period has ended.
